HOLBORN Europa Raffinerie gradually shut down its processing units on 26 August to conduct this year’s TÜV safety and functionality overhaul. Maintenance and repairs continued until mid-October, ensuring thorough inspections and necessary updates were incorporated. The refinery successfully resumed operations after completing these updates during the start-up phase.
