Our diverse standing programs, typically operating on a 2-year cycle, complemented by custom client studies on various topics, serve as benchmarks and platforms for data collection. Led by steering committees comprised of utility leaders, these programs continually evolve to address the latest industry challenges. In response to ongoing travel limitations, recent conferences have transitioned to a virtual format, accompanied by a series of monthly webinars covering key topics of interest to member groups. This modified approach has not only seen significant success but has also heightened participation and interaction among peer networks. We intend to sustain many of these new offerings, having done so while resuming in-person results conferences.
